• All underground site work has been completed. Corrections are being made.
• Building 1 framing to start within the next two weeks. Trusses to be delivered to the site this week.
• Building 2 framing underway. Working on 2nd level.
• Building 3 Concrete pour set for 2/7/23. Weather permitting.
• Building 4 foundation work ongoing. Concrete pour set 2/10/23. Weather permitting.
• Building 5 Pad has passed testing. Plumber mobilizing to start underground installation.
• Mad Dog team plans to distribute all job applications received to subs in January.
• Final signage package pending from A1 Team. (The Gardens @ South City. A Columbia Residential Community)
• Lumber is still being delivered and stored onsite
• CoT Power has delivered conduit and transformer pads to the site for primary power. Installation ongoing.
• CoT Power delivery of site lighting conduit and pedestal bases pending.
