The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) continues working diligently to ensure that essential services are provided while following the Department of Public Health's directive to limit any exposure to COVID-19. In order to continue to meet customer needs, the THA, like other City and Leon county departments, has taken immediate action as reflected below:
The THA office is currently open for in-person visits from program participants.

Our staff is prioritizing interim recertification requests for rent reductions; emergency moves due to your home being uninhabitable and inspections for new move-ins. You may request an interim, a move, an emergency inspection, or submit an RTA in any one of these ways:

- Mail to 2940 Grady Road, Tallahassee FL 32312
- Place in the dropbox to the left of the main door at 2940 Grady Road
In complying with the Department of Public Health's recommendations, it is anticipated that the THA will operate with minimum staff. We ask that any requests that are not immediate needs wait until the office re-opens.
