The Tallahassee Housing Authority will be accepting online pre-applications for Westminster Gardens for the Project Based Voucher Program.

Pre-Applications are only available electronically via the online portal at: www.fltallahassee.tenmast.com/apply.

The Westminster Gardens Project Based Voucher Wait List is scheduled to open to the public on: February 14, 2023, at 9:00 AM.

Project Based Voucher Wait List

The Tallahassee Housing Authority is opening the Project Based Voucher Program wait list for Westminster Gardens to the public on February 14, 2023 at 9:00 AM - March 16, 2023 at 9:00 AM.

Tallahassee Housing Authority accepts online pre-applications only.

The pre-applications are for the Westminster Gardens at 301 E Carolina St., Tallahassee, FL, 32301. It is a subsidized, affordable rental retirement community for low and very low-income seniors 62 years and older. The wait list is open for studio and one-bedroom apartments.
