The Tallahassee Housing Authority is opening the Project Based Voucher Program wait list for Columbia Gardens at South City to the public on September 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM - September 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

Tallahassee Housing Authority accepts online pre-applications only.

The pre-applications are for the re-developed Columbia Gardens at South City at 2712 Country Club Road. Tallahassee, FL 32301.

It is a mixed-income community and is accepting pre-applications for low and very low-income families. The waitlist is open for one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
