Tallahassee Housing Authority received a clean audit letter for the 6/30/2024 FYE reporting period under the leadership of Executive Director Brenda Williams.

Dear Ms. Williams: 

On March 31, 2025, the Real Estate Assessment Center's (REAC), Financial Assessment Subsystem (FASS) received the Tallahassee Housing Authority's (THA) audited financial data submission for June 30, 2024, fiscal year end (FYE).

Barton, Gonzalez & Myers, P.A. Certified Public Accountants, conducted the audit.

Congratulations! The audit contained no current year's findings.
