Construction Update: Lake Bradford

Construction is progressing on schedule at The Bradford! This is a partnership between the Tallahassee Housing Authority and Elmington Capital to build 158 affordable apartments on Lake Bradford Road. The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2026.
