Notice of Annual PHA Plan Hearings

The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) 2021 Five Year Annual PHA Plan is a comprehensive guide to policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals.

A draft copy of the 2021 Five Year Plan is available for review at the THA Main Office located at 2940 Grady Rd., and all public housing site management offices located at: 1700 Joe Louis Street #15; 2710 Country Club Drive; 605 Steele Drive and online at www.tallha.org

Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 5:30 pm at the Fregly Community Center at Pinewood Place located at 2940 Grady Road and online via Zoom.  The link will be posted at our site offices and on our webpage at www.tallha.org

The purpose of the hearings is to provide an opportunity for members of the Tallahassee community, both residents and non-residents, to provide their comments regarding the THA's 2021 5-Year PHA Plan.

Comments on the plan will be accepted until 5pm on March 2, 2021 and can be e-mailed or faxed to (850)386-5534; or submitted by U.S. Mail to Tallahassee Housing Authority, Attn.: PHA Plan Comments, 2940 Grady Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32312.

The THA will provide services or devices that allow persons with sensory, manual, and speaking disabilities to have an equal opportunity to participate in its programs or activities. If such services or devices are needed, THA must be notified within 5 working days prior to the particular meeting, program or activity, so that provisions can be made.
