Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) located at 2940 Grady Rd. Tallahassee FL 32312 will begin accepting pre-applications for the Public Housing Apartments for Pinewood Place Apartments and Springfield Apartments, The Public Housing Waiting List will be open from September 14, 2026. at 12:00 a.m. through October 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. for eligible Low-income individuals, families, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
