Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA) located at 2940 Grady Rd, Tallahassee FL, 32312, will begin accepting pre-applications for the Project Based Voucher Program for Lake Bradford Apartments located at 2117 Lake Bradford Road, Tallahassee, FL, 32310. It is a subsidized, affordable rental community for very low-income families. The waiting list will be open for one, two and three bedrooms from September 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through October 13, 2026. at 11:59 p.m. for eligible low-income individuals, families, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
