Letter to Residents
If someone comes to your home, or calls you saying that they work for the housing authority and asking information regarding you and/or your household, ask them for their name, business card, or housing authority identification. Do not give them any information.
The housing authority will not send anyone to your home requesting information. The housing authority already has your information. You provide it to us every year at your annual recertification or interim certifications. We will not come to your home unless you have requested service or unless we have provided you with notification of the day and approximate time we will be there.
Lastly, please report any incident to your site manager.
