THA began redeveloping its housing stock with the demolition of the Ebony Gardens Apartments in 200_ which resulted in the development of Goodbread Hills which was completed in 2007. Goodbread Hills is a 93-unit garden style 1,2- and 3-bedroom property that received tax credit funding from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC).
The property is still maintained as an affordable community under an extended use agreement with FHFC for an additional 15 years of compliance.
